The Reconciliation Calculation application was designed to make the processing of Reconciliation Entries quick and easy. The programs will allow you to prorate duty, taxes and fees based on ratios between actual values and estimated values. You will also be able to calculate any interest to be paid, in addition to producing a variety of reports of the reconciliation and underlying entries.

The Automated In-Bond Procedures application was designed to facilitate the creation and electronic transmission of 'QP' and 'WT' Applications to Customs. With this package, you'll also be able to print 7512 forms, trace information, print reports and be ready, when ABI is, for the ultimate goal of Paperless Processing. The Automated In-Bond Procedures are fully integrated with our Import & ABI Procedures. However, they can run independently as a stand-alone application.

Automated In-Bond Options

Send and/or delete In-Bond

Notify Customs of In-Bond Arrival

Notify Customs of In-Bond Exportation
Transfer of Liability
Automatic Receipt of Customs Notifications

Our Automated Invoice Interface (AII) Procedures application is fully integrated with Import & ABI Procedures. It allows invoice data to be transmitted to U.S. Customs via ABI, improving the probability of receiving Paperless Entry Summaries. This process, also referred to as Electronic Invoice Program (EIP), was implemented by Customs in 1993 to allow you to clear cargo from specific Customs ports for most formal and informal entries. As with all our other ABI applications, we have created a very complete program that conforms to ABI's specifications. The AII program will allow you to handle a wide variety of invoice situations. Once you are operational on AII, you may start using the Remote Location Filing (RLF) feature to electronically file formal or informal entries from a location other than where the goods will arrive or will be examined.

The Automated Protest Procedures application was designed to facilitate the creation and electronic transmission of protests, provisions and interventions (described below). Our Protest Procedures are fully integrated with Import & ABI Procedures, but can also run independently a stand-alone application. You may electronically perform requests such as:

  • Application for Further Review under CFR 174.23
  • Review of Application for Further Review Denial under Section 515
  • Denial be Voided under Section 515
  • Accelerated Disposition under Section 174.22
  • Withdraw protest/claim/intervention

With Protest Procedures, you can create and transmit:

Protests
Against decisions of the Customs Service under 19 U.S.C. 1514
Petitions
For refunds of Customs duties or corrections of errors requiring reliquidation pursuant to 19 U.S.C. 1520(c) and (d)
Interventions
In an importer's protest by an exporter or producer of merchandise from a country that is a party to the North American Free Trade Agreement under Section 181.115 of the Customer Regulations

Our Foreign Trade Zone programs are designed to automate the processing and reporting of FTZ entries. Our Foreign Trade Zone Entry program allows you to enter the specific information required for the e-214 and keep track of the status designation of your entry, whether it be Privileged, Non- Privileged, Zone Restricted or Domestic.

The information will be transmitted via the Automated Broker Interface (ABI) as now required by CBP. Our software
runs a series of internal edits to ensure that the data you enter is accurate before you transmit it to ABI, and gives
specific instructions on any needed corrections.
