VPN Updates
We are now
ready to begin doing updates to those customers who use the Cisco
VPN Client, also known as Software VPN.
This process has to be done for all computers in your office that
use software VPN to connect to ABI. If you use more than one computer
in your office to connect, you will not be able to connect to
ABI until ALL computers have been updated. Therefore, please make
sure that you allot ample time for our support personnel to complete
this process for you.
BEFORE
YOU CALL to schedule the update, please make sure of the following:
1) You are
using the software version of the VPN. To verify, click on the
Start menu in Windows, followed by All
Programs. If you see a program that says Cisco
VPN Client, then you use the software version.
2) Verify
how many users have this program installed on their computers.
3) Make sure
that every computer that we need to fix has PCAnywhere installed.
4) Ensure
that you have a block of time where none of your employees will
need to connect with CBP.
