New Entry Form is Ready

As we have mentioned in previous newsletters, the new Entry Form will be required as of April 1, 2010. We have begun installing this new form for several of our customers, both in the Unform version and for those who use preprinted forms.

For those of you who use the preprinted forms, make sure that you order the continuation sheets as well, since those will now be required. Also, please be sure that you order these forms from an ASCI-approved vendor as we are unable to make changes to accommodate for the other form versions.

If you are ready to make the switch, please give us a call so that we may schedule a time to install the new programs for you.

Tariff Update Reminder

Please remember to perform tariff update #1001 which is effective March 1. To do that, go to the ABI Procedures Queries menu and select Reference Files. From there, select Harmonized Update. Next, enter the update number, and continue.

When the response comes back from ABI, make sure you answer "N" to the question that asks if you want to print the tariff update.
