More ISF Changes Headed Your Way...

CBP recently sent out CSMS #10-000246 regarding even more changes to the ISF required fields. We are currently working on those changes and will have it ready in advance of the December 18 effective date.

Happy Thanksgiving!

Our office will be closed November 25 & 26 in celebration of Thanksgiving.

Gratitude makes sense of our past, brings peace for today, and creates a vision for tomorrow.

Tariff Update 1003

CBP sent out CSMS #10-000253 on October 29 regarding tariff update #1005.

Make sure you perform this update by going to the ABI Procedures Queries/Reference Files. From there, select Harmonized Update. Enter the update number, and continue. When the response comes back from ABI, make sure you answer "N" to the question that asks if you want to print the tariff update.

Don't Type "Bye" Before You Call ASCI

From time to time, locked files or corrupted records cause error messages to appear while you are working on the ASCI system. While you may be able to press F7 to exit from these errors, or type "bye" at the prompt to exit, this is not the right way to handle that type of situation. Typing "bye" will leave processes running in the background and lock up some of your files.

If you are stuck in a program, please call our Help Desk without exiting the error, so that we may connect with your system and fix it for you.

Training is Available!

If your company has recently hired new employees that need training on the ASCI system, we can help! We offer on-line training to users of our system who may need extra help learning how to use all our tools and features. Call us!
