End-of-Year Instructions
and Reminders
Import/ABI:
On
December 5, ABI announced the first end-of-year tariff update,
HSU 1107. Please do not perform that update until you follow the
instructions for creating the Last-Year Tariff file below. If
you don't want to perform these updates manually, you can have
ASCI do this for you for $60.
If you choose
to perform the 2012 Tariff Updates manually, make
sure you create the Last-Year Tariff file before sending the update!

Attention
E-ASCI Customers: You are responsible for updating your
own tariff file so please make sure to follow these instructions.
Accounting:
If
your fiscal year is the same as the calendar year, then it's time
to close out the year. For instructions, click here.*
If you have a newer version of the accounting software and these
instructions do not match the menus in our program, please call
us for the right document.
Please note:
2012 is Leap Year! Make sure to follow the instructions to update
your tables.
